RBS rewards unavailable after downgrade

I used to have Royal Bank of Scotland Reward account till about late June. Around that time I got a message from RBS saying they noticed they are charging me more for the account than I get in rewards and therefore my account will be downgraded to Select account. I think it was downgraded by 1st of July or so. However, at the time there were still some funds sitting in "my rewards account" which I believe is on separate system with respect to current account. Now the problem is that I cannot seem to login to this account anymore and access the funds there. Any thoughts? (apart from phoning RBS). Below is a screenshot of the screen I get when I try to login.

Upgrade to rewards again. Set up a DD (Plum or Moneybox are easy and "free" ways of doing this).

That way you'll have your rewards back and you'll actually benefit.

Thanks - but at the moment I simply want to get what I already earned...

RBS /Natwest reward accounts were unavailable on Monday after  incorrect messages had been sent out about upgrading to Argos vouchers.

This was being investigated. 

I  don't know if it has been fixed yet.
