Most port forwarding is pretty much the same - on the router, specify the port number and the local IP address of the camera, then when you connect to that port from outside of the router, the connection will forward to the local IP address. Some routers will only forward to the same port (so you couldn't forward external port 599 to LAN port 800, for example), so they're no use if you have two devices on the same port on the LAN.
