Decathlon sent me a faulty Bicycle and refuse to send a replacement.

Why did they say that they would no longer replace it?

Ive mentioned it 3+ times; not to you individually but to other forum users.
quite simply they reject that the bike arrived broken and that its my fault for the bike being in a faulty condition after taking it out the box.
they demand postage money and if I refuse to send it they will just keep the bike in their warehouse.
they can challenge it; but it will make their case look worse in small claims court.

The way this is going with Decathlon, I wont be surprised if they've given the Bike to 1 of their staff members.
Im just going to keep being a pain in the !!!!!!. I'll get my money back. Im going to take it to small claims court just to annoy them.0 -
Now you're just being silly. Casting aspersions on staff isn't going to help your case. Just go through the process of chargeback and if it doesn't work, consider your options. If you perform in court as you have on here, you've got no chance.
