Hi,
I’m after some advice - I booked on a course with the knowledge academy and when I joined the course the trainer mentioned that the course isn’t enough to pass the exam (even though I was told that it included everything needed) then the course wasn’t completed as the trainer ran out of time meaning not all the course materials were delivered.

I have spoken to them and they have said they can rebook me onto the course again however the next one isn’t till the end of November… the issue I have is I have an exam booked which is due to retire with a newer version being rolled out in September…. So November is too far off…
is there anything I can do in this situation?

The Knowledge Academy offers a wide range of courses from beginner level to post-grad. Some are online and self-paced, others are classroom only on fixed dates.
If you tell us the course and qualification you are pursuing, how far you have progressed and which methods of course delivery do and don't work for you we might well be able to help.0 -
So I was booked in the virtual instructor for the AWS Cloud Practitioner course they offer - my issue is I paid for the course but to me the course wasn’t fully delivered as when it ended not all the material was covered…0

It looks like the exam is only 65 multiple guess choice questions. If you have the full course materials, read through them and you'll probablt be able to answer enough questions correctly to pass.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
