IVA - Not on register after 4 years

Hi,
I ve been paying an agency for 4 years and just found out that I am not on the register and there is nothing on any of the credit reference agencies.
I ve been paying an agency for 4 years and just found out that I am not on the register and there is nothing on any of the credit reference agencies.
Does this mean I don’t have one? Does this mean I should be worried?
Any advice appreciated

IVA - Individual Voluntary Arrangement - is a formal insolvency solution, prepared by an insolvency practitioner, papers prepared and issued through your local county court, 60 monthly payments normally, creditors meeting to approve the arrangement.......any of this sound familiar ?
