Recognise Bank - poor onboarding code

I'm never convinced to invest in a company that has a poorly programmed on boarding process, each of the three security questions are only accepted if the answer is one word and if that is the name of a favorite book or film is a little limited.
Has anyone else had the same experience?

I've come across these sorts of things but it's not a major issue if you don't like the question options e.g., for your favourite film you could enter the name of your first pet or your grandmother's maiden name.

True, the answer you set does not have to be related to the question or even be a valid word - so long as you have some way of remembering the correct answer.

You don't need to have spaces in the response so that would make it a single word. Mind you, Barbie is only one word anyway :)
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
