Recognise Bank - poor onboarding code

I'm never convinced to invest in a company that has a poorly programmed on boarding process, each of the three security questions are only accepted if the answer is one word and if that is the name of a favorite book or film is a little limited.
Has anyone else had the same experience?

I've come across these sorts of things but it's not a major issue if you don't like the question options e.g., for your favourite film you could enter the name of your first pet or your grandmother's maiden name.wellwhoknows said:I'm never convinced to invest in a company that has a poorly programmed on boarding process, each of the three security questions are only accepted if the answer is one word and if that is the name of a favorite book or film is a little limited.

True, the answer you set does not have to be related to the question or even be a valid word - so long as you have some way of remembering the correct answer.wmb194 said:

You don't need to have spaces in the response so that would make it a single word. Mind you, Barbie is only one word anywaywellwhoknows said:I'm never convinced to invest in a company that has a poorly p
