Prepaid Card for carers to use

I’m trying to get a prepaid money card for my disabled daughter, for her support workers to use when they are out in the community. I am her Deputy for Finance.
My daughter (aged 24) has profound learning disabilities, and to apply for a card she needs to upload a video of her saying something to verify her identity. Sadly this is impossible.
Can you suggest a way around this please? Many thanks.

Probably be easier if the card was in your name?
Alternatively maybe a bank with branches, so you can go in and try and sort it out.0 -
A photo ID for the card should be possibleI had one of those on a debit card a few years ago - due to poor speech and lack of handwriting
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.0 -
If you are her deputy are you not able to verify it instead of her?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
