HI all
If I have a credit card (0% spending) for say £7k and want to do a balance transfer what happens if the transfer amount is less than the original amount owing? Would the amount remaining on the 0% spending card continue as is or would the account be closed down meaning immediate payment?
Thanks

You have a card with 9k debt that is zero percent you transfer 7k to another card. The 7k is treated as a payment so the 2k left over remains on the original terms, what ever they were.
Hope I read your question right1
