Working 15 hrs will it affect benefits

If you are on UC with your partner and you are getting ESA and PIP but find a part time job less than 15 hrs a week how will it affect your benefits? UC say that for each £1 you earn they deduct 55p but not sure about ESA and PIP. Thanks.

ESA will be contributions-based as it's still in payment alongside UC, so unaffected as long as you don't go over the Permitted Work earnings threshold. PIP is not means-treated and competitor unaffected.Pennylane said:If you are on UC with your partner and you are getting ESA and PIP but find a part time job less than 15 hrs a week how will it affect your benefits? (Your UC claim includes a work allowance before deductions start for earnings, but that's for the whole claim so if your partner is working then that's already applied to their earnings.)1 -
The permitted work rules are here. Less than 16 hours/week and earn no more than £167/week. Anymore than this and your ESA will end. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/employment-and-support-allowance-permitted-work-form/permitted-work-factsheet
