Section 75...business purchase on a personal credit card covered or not??

    Point taken, but Ts & Cs can't override statutory rights, so once a card company has funded a purchase, I don't believe that it can legitimately deny the cardholder their consequent legal rights under CCA for that transaction.  When OP returns to the thread, perhaps they'll clarify more about the purchase and which credit card provider it is....
    Perhaps but inclusion of that term would also mean that the issuer could counterclaim for breach of contract -  the signatory has freely given a blanket undertaking not to perform business transactions.

    This discussion has gone down a blind alley.

    If someone buys an item with a personal credit card then however he thinks he might use it in future, or however he thinks he might transfer ownership of it in future, at the time of purchase it a personal purchase of something that becomes personal property when he's bought it.
