If yes, take photos of those pages and add them to your WS bundle and say the full lease will be brought to court.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks @Coupon-mad.
A good point about bringing the full lease to the hearing, I'll mention that.
The lease extracts referring to parking have already been included in my WS (exhibit 3).1 -
All looking good then.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just checking that all Exhibit numbers in the main body of the WS relate to the contents table - for instance:-
"16. A further collapse occurred on 30/12/2017, crushing multiple vehicles that continued to park inthe marked bays along the wall (see Exhibit 02)"
Should that be Exhibit 4?3 -
Yes, fine spot @1505grandad - many thanks for reading through.
@Coupon-mad's suggestion about bringing the full lease to court now added too.2 -
Afternoon all
Legal assistant Joshua Reid has now supplied a skelly to the court before the hearing on Monday the 8th of September.
It has the usual 'generic defence' argument but mentions lease terms too.
Is there anything else in your opinion I could address/supply to the court before the hearing?
Many thanks to @Coupon-mad et al as always for your time.
