Used car from franchise dealer

Hi all hi all and thanks for reading our post. We recently bought a used Kia Sportage 2017 from a non Kia dealer that had been taken in exchange on a new car. We viewed the Kia and it was immaculate in silver with diamond cut alloy wheels and just 32000 miles. We were happy with what we had seen so left a deposit as the car was to have a service and new MOT. We had driven over 100 miles to look at the car so paid in full during the week and opted to pay an extra £200 for delivery. The car was delivered but the alloy wheels had been spray painted in a grey colour and were definitely not like this when we viewed the car or in the advertised pictures. We have emailed the salesman asking what has happened to the original wheels and he has tried to fob us off saying they may of been repaired, but the diamond cut wheels were perfect and this is why we were looking for a model 3 in this specification. We are not sure what to do next and just want what we paid for, any helpful comments would be greatly appreciated.thank you.
