The Andover Advertiser has teamed up with Attiva Health Club in Anton Trading Estate, Andover, to offer one lucky reader and a friend membership for three months.
Joining a gym is the ideal way to lose weight and shape up in the New Year, especially if your New Year's Resolution is to shape up and ship off those unwanted pounds.
As well as the membership the winner will get a detailed lifestyle consultation, body composition testing, three sessions of one-to-one training and full progress reviews.
Attiva has a weights area, two studios for classes as well as some new equipment such as the Power Plate which can deliver results in 15 minutes.
