tsb bank change account from spend and save to save plus

Logged in to TSB online banking then clicked on the spend and save account. This brings up the screen where it says 'Make a Payment', 'Make a transfer', 'Change Account'.
I click on 'Change account'. Then a screen comes up with this:
I contacted TSB support using the App yesterday. They said using a different browser may fix the error. If that dosen't work then try clearing the cookies and history cache from my chosen browser (original browser). I tried both (tried three different browsers - all of which I've never logged in to TSB before or visited their website), tried clearing the cookies and history cache. Neither worked.
Has anyone been able to change account recently. How did you do it?

SOLVED:
Customer relation team got back.
It's to do with combined profiles. I was trying to change account of my 2nd spend and saver account.
My main login is tied to 1st spend and save account (when I login to that profile I can see both 1st and 2nd account - however, when I login to 2nd account I can only see 2nd account).
I was attempting the change to save plus of 2nd account by logging in to the 1st profile.
Advised by customer relations to login to 2nd profile (the one where I can only see 2nd account) then try clicking on 'change account'. Did that and went through fine. I've changed 2nd spend and save account to a save plus account successfully.
The error message by TSB could do with updating to something useful I feel.

I've just come across the same issue. Apparently after ringing them up (and they tried to book me an appointment!) its because I've two accounts on the same profile, one of them already a Spend & Save Plus Account. Allegedly you can only have one S&S+ #, even though I have another one on a different profile!
What I'll do, after this month's £5s are paid is downgrade my existing Plus account so I can upgrade the other one (as I have an overdraft on the other one, and the first six months are now over), then I could set up a couple of direct debits so I can switch it out for a bonus in the future.I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0
