In 'Claim Overview', select 'Request Judgment' from the available options. In Step 2 you will need to choose whether you are requesting 'judgment by default' (the defendant has not filed a defence or admission to the claim) or 'judgment by acceptance' (the defendant admits that all the money is owed)

That explains it. And if someone is reading this forum then it would take them a minute to locate a case given the detail and dates disclosed.

Sadly @Nate_J will have to pay it all this month.

I sincerely hope they get their revenge with providing decent evidence as the DLUHC are calling for.  This interim hoop to jump through is 'evidence gathering' (a necessity to get the IA through) and I've stated on page 6 how MSE posters can assist, please:

Thoughts on the where, why and how question posted earlier are more towards going for the landowner - especially if its an own space incident, double dip etc

Normally, default judgment requires a form to be submitted to request judgment, but I'm wondering with MCOL whether a Claimant can do it electronically - @bargepole
On MCOL, there is a yellow button which the Claimant can click, marked 'Request Judgment', once the deadline for a Defence has expired.

That generates an electronic request, which the CCBC processes the next working day.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

EDIT: I've noticed that there is an option to 'apply to set aside', can I do this and provide an explanation as to why I feel I have grounds to continue defending the case?
As no one actually answered the question... the OP does have grounds to request a set aside but it will not be a mandatory one. The court can set aside a CCJ under CPR 13.3 if the defendant has a real prospect of successfully defending the claim.

Whilst there is no chance of a mandatory set aside under CPR 13.2, the defendant will have to explain to the court why they did not defend the original claim. It is going to cost the defendant £275 to apply for the set aside with no guarantee that the court will agree to it.

There was a recent case on here where the set aside was agreed under CPR 13.3. I think it was one where we thought it had no chance but were all surprised by the judge's decision.

Received a Judgment for Claimant letter to pay the claim,

The figure provided on it has inflated yet again from what was shown on the MCOL summary. The MCOL summary shows figure for the court fee (£35) & Solicitor fee (£50), yet on the letter I've received it states a figure of £110 for 'costs', but doesn't provide any breakdown.

Called the CCBC and after waiting in their queue system for 35mins, the advisor just said that MCOL figure was pre-judgment and the letter is post-judgment?

Apart from making my blood boil, why and where would this figure by inflated by another £26+ from?

They would have added interest, from the initial claim date to judgment.

Hardly relevant now as I've had to cough up and pay, but since you ask! It was from a 'private' car park area near a block of apartments that had a cafe outlet under it. Clearly I presumed that the outlet would allow customers to park there for a certain period as they weren't reserved for apartment owners, or provide a screen to input the car reg to verify it. It was a case of no PCN provided on the windshield, rather an ANPR system in place, which showed the vehicle coming in and exiting around 10-15 mins later, it did not show that I had parked the vehicle.

The how, what, where why question was aimed at exploring the possibility of getting your money back from the management company/ land owner
