Thank you

I wasn't sure where to post this but I want to say a huge thank you. I have never asked directly for help, I didn't need it, this forum told me everything I needed to know & how to do everything. I received my first notice in July 2019, 4 years later having followed your advice to the letter DCB Legal representing UKPC discontinued their claim less than 7 working days to the preliminary telephone hearing. As I didn't hear from the courts I submitted my defence as a precautionary measure with an email explaining that I had included in my appendix evidence to show that I had been informed by DCB Legal they had filed an N279. I have had an email from the courts today confirming the matter is closed.

Thank you.

    Well done. Yay!

    A discontinuance = a win.

ANOTHER UKPC ONE BITES THE DUST!

Calling @Umkomaas to add you to the list...

And we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the private parking draft Impact Assessment this month?
You want to help us change the law?

To be clear, we are nearly there; it's not a petition or some weak campaign, it's a final push on a law already passed, to cap the £PCN levels and ban the fake DRA fees.

The Government has a Call for Evidence open right now.

We are also wanting photos of unmanaged car parks, Hospitals near you with only £50 or £60 deterrent and Tesco/Sainsburys £70 signs please.

    All discussed here:

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
