To say I'm dreading the process now is an understatement.
    Don't.

    It's just slow.

When you accept that, it gets much easier.

At the moment, we are looking to buy again, flogged our house last October, living rent free in my mums flat after she passed away last year, and it is a bleeding nightmare, we must have viewed about 30 so far, this is the first time we have been after a flat, even though I will miss having a Freehold house, location dictates and we only need a flat, there is only the two of us now, kids left home years ago.  We just need something simple to see us out and still leave the kids some kind of property, even though we have had little thoughts about, sod the kids, lets have our last few years as an adventure going to as many places around the world that we want.
