Hi any ideas dropped my dc16 on the floor, the foam pre filter got torn to shreads by my puppy before I could get it off her. The plastic part of the filter is fine I don’t won’t to buy the plastic part as I don’t need it. Any ideas? the clasp on the top broke aswell. Found that online.
