First direct Amazon voucher switching incentive - how to claim. From money saving expert?

My partner and I switched nearly 2 months ago, received our bonus from FD but not Amazon voucher.

FD told me on the phone it should be taken up with money saving expert, but who exactly do we contact?

    The offer as published in June suggested that you'll need to wait longer:
    You'll get an email within 90 days with instructions on how to claim the £30 voucher (you'll get a further 90 days to claim it once you receive the email – don't delay)
  • I've waiting 120days (as is required) and still no Amazon gift card.  I've contacted Gift Cloud (hello@giftcloud.com) who says they will follow it up.
  • I opened first direct account in July. Still waiting for any information on how to receive Amazon voucher. 
    Why?!!!

    Did you read the first reply on this thread?  I believe the same terms apply as when this thread was active last year....

    Have you had any luck?  I've just emailed Gift Cloud today but looking in their FAQs it seems they'll need an Order ID and I don't recall getting one.  My account opening completed on 4 August this year.

    headsm wrote that in October last year (about a previous offer) and hasn't posted since, so you may not get a reply.
