I'm not an expert in business banking, but I've heard very good things about Virgin Money offering a good current account and various savings products which are useful.

recently applied to open an account with Shawbrook , easy access 3.25%. I did the online application form last weekend sometime, expected to hear back on Monday but just realised I still haven't had a response?
is there some sort of criteria to meet, eg min turnover (which I'm probably under) ?
or are they just really slow?0
