wowcher

Time and time again I feel cheated by Wowcher.  Issues started when ordered item did not arrive and instead of refund they credited my account.  Then I found that most items do not qualify for payment with credit vouchers.  Also these expire (no warnings sent).  I keep an eye on any that are nearing end but I swear they suddenly claim they have expired at least a month early.  Add to that ridiculously high delivery charges if I do make an order, very poor quality items (with very limited product info details on website) and customer service that takes ages to reply and has no desire to help at all.  I have found a review site that is full of people with similar experiences to me and  do not know how they get away with it.  Does anyone else have problems with them? Feel they need exposing for the con artists that they are

Never use them, but I do wonder why you carried on using them after you’d had a couple of issues?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    As @elsien

Failure to supply or refund in full is theft.

That is how they get away with it. People keep ordering from them.

If people didn't order then they would go out of business and people would not have all the hassle.

There are no regulations as to what quality of customer service has to be provided.

    Take your money elsewhere.

    of course they're cheap - it's because they're no b.. good.
  • I only keep using them because of the credit I got from the first failed order and the compensation they used to givewhen slow at replying to messages etc.
