High meter readings

Thanks. I can see now that control reading refers to the storage heating. The confusion came from the fact that her meter displayed the word total rather than control or just number 3. I don't know what the priority register is. Scottish power have recieved accurate readings for the last bill and I am now getting daily readings from her. I will do that for a week and then drop to weekly readings just to see if there is anything unusual goin on. She does live in Scotland just north of Glasgow so heating will be in demand more than our more southerly neighbours, but for the moment she is managing not to use it.[Deleted User] said:

I think for now the best thing is just to monitor things and see if she can build up some credit before the winter.
