Octopus are offering me a price fix for 12 months
Will energy increase again in price this winter ?
I don't know whether to fix or not

I think only you can answer that.
Are you willing to take the risk that prices won't go up? Don't fix.
Do you prefer not to take risks and prefer certainty, in the knowledge that prices may reduce? Then fix.2 -
The forecast is down for the next 3 month review then from Jan up a bit.
But then again Putin might do something stupid.
