Voluntary Land Registrations

Thank you
Additional questions for Land Registry representative:
Re no ID verification for voluntary first registration, does this mean that on Form FR1, Boxes 14/15/16 are therefore all left totally blank?
Also, the land we are registering was acquired through 3 separate conveyances (2 adjoining cottages/gardens and an additional adjoining plot of land), but as a result of renovation are now 1 entity (eg only one main entrance, only 1 staircase). Is it fine to submit this as a single registration? We have conveyance documents to support root of title back to 1957, and an Abstract of Title dated 1957 that traces the title back to 1900 for all three parts. Does any additional explanation need to be submitted? And if so, how is appropriate to do this?
Thanks in advance. As for a single application then yes. You apply using form FR1 which states the extent you are seeking to register. You then submit sufficient supporting evidence to back that up as appropriate“Official Company Representative

Hopefully my final query for @Land_Registry
Voluntary first registration, doing ourselves (no conveyancer) - sending all original copies of conveyances, deeds of gifts, abstracts of title etc. Will the originals be returned to us?
PG1 4.4.4 implies yes, but top of Form DL1 seems to imply that originals may be retained and/or destroyed.
Clarification would be welcome, thank you.

Hi,
My father recently passed away and one thing on my to-do list is removing his name from the deeds and making my mother the sole name.
All looked straightforward using form DJP, but then realised that the house isn’t registered with Land Registry - they bought it in 1971. My mother says she has the deeds and there is nothing unusual with the house - built between the wars in a road of similar houses, etc.
I’m assuming that I need to a voluntary first registration, but it isn’t clear how/when I do this?
Any help much appreciated0 -
