There are suggestions that PePiPoo will not be hosted in its current form after November, hence the creation of the "new" site/forumUmkomaas said:
PePiPoo is up and running, and most expert regulars tend to hang out there than on the hastily erected ftla site when there was a PePiPoo crash a few weeks ago.LightFlare said:ftla.uk Is the “new” pepipoo1 -
Is that reported on PePiPoo? I must admit that time these days prevents me posting there so often, but I do try to read as many private parking threads as I can. Even here on MSE I fall behind more than I'd like. C'est La vie.LightFlare said:

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

IIRC (unless this is someone different) someone of that name was involved in the Beavis case at the start and let's just say we disagreed on the focus of the defence, and a few other things.
Anyway, I skim-read the rest of that thread and didn't see that posted or confirmed by Southpaw, who I do respect.
Maybe I missed it, after all the posts are all over the place because the flame pit is just an area for waving parts of one's anatomy, and is not renowned for intelligent discussion.
I saw that someone posted that if the pepitec.co.uk domain name isn't renewed it'll fall over but that's surely true of any domain name?! They get renewed all the time.
Anyway pepipoo (away from the flame pit of playground fights) is great and long may it live.
Not sure I'd fight this particular fine that's the subject of this thread, though.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If I don't I get the shoulder strap straight across my throat which, as well as making it difficult to breathe, could be fatal if I was in an accident.

When Pepipoo went tits-up a few weeks ago, I purchased the pepipoo.uk domain and set up a temporary holding website for them and even set up a bare-bones forum for them to use. I offered my services for free but was not even deigned with a response.1

@daveyjp - As far as why the car was stopped ..... the reason was because they thought he wasn't wearing a belt at all. The car was going through very slow traffic in Manchester City Centre. My daughter was driving. Its a 20 year old car but its a classic and I maintain it. They did a thorough check of the car and my daughter's license and I presumed checked it was MoT'd and insured etc. They checked all the tyres. My son is very passive. He would have passed an "attitude test". He acknowledged the belt should have been over his shoulder.0
