Airbnb Cardiff 90 day rule

Hello,

I can’t see this heavily documented, just on one or 2 sites, but does anyone know if you need planning permission if you rent an Airbnb for 90 days or more in Cardiff? 

If so, anyone with experience applying?

Nothing as yet as could only be contacted by email and that was over a week ago.

Thanks Jaybee, this is what I found too, but seems to be the only documentation about it!
