Hi - Been looking through the threads and see quite a few from CEL but it looks as if they have changed the NTK and just wanted to check with you guys to see if it is now actually compliant and
do I need to do things differently.
Thanks in advance.

That is compliant POFA wording on the back.
Which location? Complain to the landowner.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi - Been looking through the threads and see quite a few from CEL but it looks as if they have changed the NTK and just wanted to check with you guys to see if it is now actually compliantCan't tell without seeing the date the NtK was issued. Have you covered it up? If the dates fit with PoFA requirements, the NtK does contain the necessary PoFA warning on the reverse side under 'Payment Options' and is as near enough PoFA-compliant to satisfy POPLA or a court. Not the ideal place to place the warning, but PoFA does not prescribe where it should be positioned in the NtK.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks - Issue date was 25/07/2023. So other than complain to the landlord, there is no defence? Registered keeper is disabled and no signs saying applies to disabled persons, indeed, no disabled spots in car park either.0

So other than complain to the landlord, there is no defence?Definitely complain to the landowner (landlord - is this a pub/hotel?). Why do you think there is no defence? Not sure what your angle is on the disabled front. Can you elucidate to see if there is something that might help?Registered keeper is disabled and no signs saying applies to disabled persons, indeed, no disabled spots in car park either.

Not being able to win on a technicality by using the self-serving POPLA system (i.e. there is no appeal worth trying) is not the same as saying "there's no defence"!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
