That's a cool idea bank of slate! This site certainly helps! I know that I can do something about it and am sleeping better! The best 'side effect' is I've lost the few pounds I've been trying to lose for ages! No diet for me! Chuckles! :rotfl: I'll be losing my internet connection for a few days over xmas but will be back with my action plan! Thank you peeps!
