At one stage DBCL said their client would no longer be pursuing the matter but then months later I get a letter with a CCJ threat. A stressful process, (I am recovering from a stroke and tend to get overwhelmed), but this thread has been so helpful I have followed it and got to point 12. Imagine my surprise when CEL send me a letter today with their witness statement and telling me to essentially pay up or see them in court.
