    Hi all
I have been following this thread as I have an ongoing parking issue which has escalated.
I have various mitigating factors which surprise surprise  not been taken into account. Civil Enforcement Ltd and DBCL have been involved at different points. At one stage DBCL said their client would no longer be pursuing the matter but then  months later I get a  letter  with a CCJ threat. A stressful process, (I am recovering from a stroke and tend to get overwhelmed), but this thread has been so helpful I have followed it and got to point 12. Imagine my surprise when CEL send me a letter today with their witness statement and telling me to essentially pay up or see them in court.
Imagine our lack of surprise, given you are the eighth person this week to tell us this and it's only Wednesday...!

Please post pics of it on the new 'CEL WS Group Thread' started by @ChirpyChicken

That's because DCBL passed the charge to their sister company DCB Legal and instead of telling you that, they pretend their case is closed. It's a deliberate tactic to confuse.

Thanks for that insight @kryten3000! I am surprised they can get away with this.
I have the letter I received advising me to pay up before meditation and the court process. I hope this is the right place. Do I reply or ignore and wait for the court date?
