AirBnB refund and owner refund

So I have been refunded 2x for an awful stay at a recent holiday park.  Airbnb have refunded to my CC £70 Cleaning fee - 20% of first night stay and the full 2nd night stay. 

The owner however, after claiming we were lying that nothing had been cleaned ( he then realised no cleaners had been in and we were sleeping and staying in the previous guests disgusting mess with mouldy food found in the oven and Hot tub chemicals so out of whack it should have been reported to environmental health) gace us a full refund minus the AirBnB fee back.

He is now claiming he wants his money back - An while i would - i have now slpit this with the other guest and don't feel like he should get the full back when we haven't had a full one from AirBnB. 

please advise.  he's threatening that he's going to the bank to request a refund from me. 

there's the majority of me that wants to comply but then I will be out of pocket and didn't like being accused of lying and ignored when I first complained.
