Just arrived.  Sender address looks ok. "Message" is a full screen red box, logo in top left corner and WINNER filling it.

Long delay to access the website

    Is the website looking legit. Have you gone in for something? 

    Unless it says more details, I would say scam and definitely not click on any link.

    Sending addresses can be spoofed.

    More details. What is the win? What is the website?

    99% its a scam (phishing attempt) unless its in response to a competition you have entered. No-one wins something out of nothing.
