Outlook help! Rejected emails

Hi all
IT help!
We have (free) outlook.com accounts for our church office, curate and rector. But we’re all currently getting mail send rejection notifications but the emails are actually recieved. I’ve never encountered this with outlook before. Any suggestions?
“A communication failure occurred during the delivery of this message. Please try to resend the message later. If the problem continues, contact your email admin.”

Do you get these messages for all emails that you send, or only those sent to certain addresses?0
