Parking Charge

Hi there,
I received a Parking Charge from UKPC that my car was parked in a permit area without displaying a permit.
The pictures they provide show that I have a permit on my dashboard but only the Parking permit title can be seen.
Since I haven't received a charge of this nature before I replied to appeal immediately stating that I was the driver and that I was visiting my sister since she is the owner of the space. I also attached the full picture of the permit, which matches the parking space code I was parked in, and gave the address of my sister since it is in the estate where she lives.
After reading through other people receiving one I feel like I should have taken my time in writing an appeal
I think it's unfair to receive this considering my sister owns the space through a leasehold, shouldn't my confirming this resolve the issue?
Any advice would be appreciated,

I suspect UKPC will offer to settle at £15.
As your sister OWNS the space as a leaseholder, you can still front it out and win in court and pay nothing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You are now in the web of scammers. Go through the 4 plans, A, B C and D. Plan A is always complain to the landowner and to your MP. Plan B, which you say you've done is to appeal to UKPC, an exercise in futility but has to take place. Plan C will be an appeal to POPLA once your Plan B appeal is rejected.
For Plan C, you will need to get your sister to provide you with a copy of her lease/AST and see what it says about parking. What it doesn't say is equally important. Her lease probably has supremacy of contract but it will depend on which POPLA assessor you get. It could be the tea boy.
If POPLA fails, then you are on to Plan D, a court claim. You will have to weather a barrage of useless debt collector threatening letters which you absolutely must ignore. Do not, contact the debt collectors, ever. They are not a party to the contract you have allegedly breached and are powerless to do anything except try and make gullible victims poop their pants and pay up by using scary words like "CCJ" and "bailiffs". Ignore them.
Eventually, you will get a Lettor of Claim from DCB Legal and you will be able to rebut that. They will issue a claim which you will defend robustly using the temolate defence and eventually, they will discontinue.

The property management company has UKPC to enforce parking on the estate, which is enclosed by an electronic gate with a sensor. They also have signs up stating unauthorised parking will be fined.
The parking space is hers only and is stated explicitly in the leasehold agreement. If I appealed on the day of receiving the letter, how long do you reckon they would reply?0 -
It is not a fine, and I doubt the F word appears on any of the signs.

Thanks, Fruitcake, you're right it doesn't state fine on the signs. I was trying to recall from memory. Should I make a proactive complaint to all three or wait to hear the response from UKPC?
Thanks, Yankee. I will have to start collating all the information now then. What is the likelihood of success from going through this appeal process?

So either pay £15 for parking in a bay she OWNS or preferably tell them to 'stick it'
You should pay nothing.
Why has she agreed to a permit scheme? It is wholly inappropriate! That effectively lets UKPC operate a business hawking her space out to all and sundry at £100 per day!
Their signs OFFER HER SPACE at a price!
