While not wishing to detract or divert from the current discussion can anybody advise whether recent Pof A,s like this can now be downloaded with a code provided by the Office of Public Guardian so they can be automatically transferred to the intended user.without a paper copy being necessary?0

As far as I know, the signature/witness aspect does mean printouts are mandatory, but I could be wrong.0

Assuming the organisation / person you are trying to send the POA to is happy to use the service.0 -
Our Pof A was registered before 2016. One wonders when the powers thst be will enable earlier ones to be similarly treated given the hassle to lodge them with financial and other institutions especially given that banks have closed so many branches, involving long journey for many attorneys. It,s really time government services were modernised.0
