Single Justice Procedure

I've received a single justice procedure (8 offences) about 2 weeks ago saying I either needed to plead guilty or not guilty for the offences. Background story- my best friend also cousin was driving my car on 26/04/2023 when he was caught going over the speeding limit twice in 2 days. About 2 weeks after day I was kicked out of family home by my dad a proud African lol i love him still. Cause I got my girl pregnant and he wasn't trying to hear it. So my next guess was my house received the police notice but I wasn't allowed and didn't really step foot in the house since, I got my older sister there tho to pass me any letters or delivery but she's gotten married recently and has been a few times lately so i guess she didnt see any. I've been staying at 3 three places either at my cousin's family home, a friend or my car caused I've been doing placement so it's just easier to sleep in the car if am going to placement the next day too. I've been doing till I found out about the court hearing. So Fast forward to when my sister came in town for Eid and said I got a heavy envelope that looks heavy and it turned out to be a single justice procedure. I let my cousin drive my car cuz he thought me how to drive and be careful so I still can't get how he did this, the camera that caught him had there limits changed from 60 to 40 since roadwork started there. Anyway the offences were 4 speeding tickets and 4 offences for not providing driver of the time, I've got till mid September for hearing so am just wondering what are the things that am gonna need to prepare for court. Any help is appreciated thank you.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
