County Court hearing tomorrow in person - what to do / say?

Hi all
I haven't been in this situation before so don't want to clog up the forum unnecessarily - I have already posted re this by adding it to the end of the thread I'd already set up (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6403120/county-court-claim-from-watford-in-aug-19-need-to-file-a-defence-today) so if it is more appropriate to discuss it on that, or if there is another 'what to do / say at the County Court hearing' thread then pls direct me to that - I had a look but couldn't find anything that leapt out.
