over a month since Ombudsman decison, still waiting for credits

Its over a month since the ombudsman found in my favour and I am due credits of around £550. BG say they have put at least two credits on my account four weeks ago but still not appeared on account. I have received a cheque for £138.
Ombudsman had to wait for weeks before he could chase BG and now waiting.
Has anyone else had a similar experience. It makes a joke of the apology letter from British Gas when they go on to treat you like this and I am still not sure whether it is on purpose or just incompetence.

It is a bit of a joke. The Energy Ombudsman has no statutory enforcement powers. You have to let The Energy Ombudsman process work through and then, if BG still fails to comply, you should take BG to The Small Claims Court. You can use The Energy Ombudsman’s Decision in support of your claim.
