WIN11 & MS Edge

When I open MS Edge on my PC the size of the page that appears is seemingly random.
Obviously it isn't a problem to maximise it to full size, but I have gone through every setting to try and get it opening to full size and it is irritating me - perhaps I should get out more!
Any ideas please?

Open start menu and type 'Edge' - Right click on the result and click on 'Open File Location' - right click on MS Edge in the resulting window then click on Properties - make sure you are on the 'Shortcut' tab - Go down to 'Run' and make sure it's on 'maximised'.
