Citizens Advice smart meter checker

How long after new smart meters are installed would you expect to see that your smart meters are registered? The CA smart meter checker is showing "we can't find your meter". (About 4 weeks since meters installed)

    Are you getting smart meter readings shown in your online account?
    Do you have one of the third party apps like Bright or Loop, and is that showing smart meter readings?

    In which case the problem is with the CA checker and all is working as it should be.

    Had new SMETS2 meters installed back in May of this year - They are not showing on the CA checker.... My supplier is able to get meter readings, so the meters have been registered.

    The checker isn't showing my meter,which has been up and running since the 9th of June.
    It's been sending data to Eon Next with no problem,however the data wasn't present in the Loop app for nearly two and a half weeks,for whatever reason.
    Maybe that has some baring on why the CA checker can't "find" some meters,maybe not.

    Interesting, mine isn't on there either and Bright had a problem signing it up (they said it was a problem affecting a fair few new signups) but it is registered on their app now as well after they did something manually.

    Octopus had data from it within 24hrs of installation so no problems with it actually working in smart mode.

    No idea what the Citizens Advice check looks at,  but it's often wrong. My SMETS 1 meters it claims aren't operating in smart mode but they are. Been that way for about 6 months since the adoption was finally sorted.
