Appeal Rejected

Hello,
I received a parking fine from Local Parking Security (LPS) Ltd and submitted an appeal following the advice in the NEWBIES thread using the standard appeal template. I have since received the following response from LPS:
''We advise that the registered keeper is liable for payments of the unpaid Parking Charge Notice if they are unable to provide us with the driver's details at the time the Parking Charge Notice was issued.
Please refer to the Protections of Freedoms Act 2012 Schedule four, for further details on this. If you are able to provide us with the drivers details at the time the Parking Charge Notice was issued we will contact them directly. If you cannot provide us with these details we will have no option but to pursue the claim against you as the registered keeper.
If you are appealing on behalf of the driver, please provide confirmation from the driver that you are authorised to appeal on their behalf in order for us to look into this further.''
The PCN was issued on 7th July and I received it on14th July.
What do I do now? Is my only option to appeal to POPLA? Although I haven't been given a POPLA code from LPS. The car park in question is Newton Beach Car Park Porthcawl - I've tried to find details of the landowner to contact them directly but I've had no success with this.
Any help appreciated.

Your appeal hasn't been rejected.
It's just a letter leaning on you to name the driver, which you clearly ignore. Are they BPA AOS? if so, then you will get an appeal rejection and POPLA code next.
What's your case about and is the NTK a POFA one?
What happened when you tried PLAN A?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
