Morning everyone I’ve just finished cleaning I’m back home now for a cuppa and I made some soup yesterday plenty left for today it was delicious just some peppers and tomatoes I had left over from a Lidl box needed using up . Rosy your holiday sounds wonderful back to reality now but good memories thinking of Jackie today hope all goes well and she gets rid of Dora the drain . I did what I could at my own pace yesterday at work and I will be doing the same all week she had most stuff washes and dried and in piles for me when I told her about my neck she said well private is the way to go pay for a physio to sort it out I said on minimum wage I couldn’t afford to she wasn’t happy that she was expected to help me she went out somewhere and came back half an hour before we close I had everything waiting for her she wasn’t happy I had put the names on everything so she would know who everyone’s was I had been in the house an hour when she rang to say she was confused to what was what I just said well I can’t see from here I will sort it out tomorrow she is a pain in the backside and that’s been polite. Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing7

DGs J has painted the right side of the woodwork as you go up stairs - now Mr F and I have to think - it is left side as we come down. J is coming tomorrow morning to top coat the other side. I think two coats are going to be needed.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

Hi all, late one from me as I overslept ooops. Must have needed it. Thanks for the start @nmlc x
Have just pegged out a whirly of washing to make the most of the dry blowy weather today. DDad has gone off to Sevenoaks for a mooch around. I'll pick him up later. We also have pup today who is great company and very cute.
Ocad0 have just been (early and no subs whoop) so I've popped a small gammon joint in the SC for later with a can of pepsi max. Will do some veg with it. We are hoping to see Oppenheimer tonight on our limitless saver ticket - it's 3 hours long !!!
Glad you had a lovely holiday @RedRuby1231 and welcome back xx
Good luck to Jackie @London_1 today for her op xx
Wishing all our poorlies get well wishes xx
Have a good day all

Morning...the snot has mostly gone, now it's just the constant coughing I'v been for walk around the garden this monring and picked two oucumbers and some cherry tomatoes. There are lots of beans to pick so I'll do that after. going to Wales is on hold, sister is mulling over available dates. So that means a house spruce is on the cards. OH took a couple of days off , obviously, while I was away so he could paint little men or something, so he's going to be disappointed he doesn't get the house to himself and have his nerdy friends round for wild partying [!]. He'll have it for most of September so I'm not feeling guilty. Got distracted and went and cleaned the inside of the carIzzy, well done you for sticking to your guns! dp1, OH has ben to Zadar, he said it was lovely..course, it was also where he had his mortorbike crash so it will always be in his memory now...Scarlet, enjoy the quiz! camelot, hope the painting ends soon..Rosy, you could always try lemon juice to blonde some moe bits up. Ruby, welcome back. We made the mistake of going to Zante once but the bit where there's loads of youth of today...never again...glad you didn't encounter any of the wildfires. nanny, ooo, shed clearing and all sorts! well done! I'm off to sort out clothes again, I hate it, therefore I procrastinate..
take care all
