High interest, easy access account with pots option

My children are 1 and 3 and I’m thinking of putting their money into an account in my name, but one where they offer money pots within the account so I can separate their money. I also want one with high interest over a long period of time as I expect to keep adding to their pots until they’re older and can have the money. An online account would be preferable to save finding a bank to visit.
Can someone suggest an account that would offer this please?

If you’re looking at the long term for them and you don’t need access to the money before they are 18, a JISA for each of them would likely be the best investment for them. The money belongs to them in this case, and can only be accessed by them on their 18th birthdays so there are a few considerations here. Anything in your name has obvious tax implications, especially as the pots build up in future years and increased interest.0
