Openned a 1 year fixed savings account at 6.20% They have since changed the rate to 5. 98%.
After querying this last week they have stated this was an error and would correct. Yet to see any amendment to the original rate that they advertised.

Got an email apologising for the incorrect rate and said it would be corrected some time this week. Also advised there would be no loss of interest.Patience.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0
