so this is day 10 of the second time I have requested MY money back… and guess what still no refund.. have opened a complaint with the Energy Ombudsman. Let’s see what they can do

Ditch and switch to another company (I'd suggest Octopus) and then BG will have to refund your credit. You could also get £50 from Octopus if you can use a family/friend's referral code.
