Opening 1 year fixed cash ISA

Is it just me, or are other people having trouble opening 1 year fixed rate cash isa? I keep getting stuck on form, cant add my address, keeps asking for info, but stuck!!

It wouldn't be a 1 year fixed ISA with NatWest by any chance? Lots of reports of problems opening the account:
