Countrylife fireplaces, Coprolite St Ipswich today £50 (I know they can't wheel clamp but they don't have a parking problem and are next to both the Uni & waterfront)

Great evidence as well that ParkingEye never mention DRA fees on their signs, so the industry's (already shyster style) argument that "it's a deterrent against not paying" doesn't get off the ground.

Not sure if this belongs on this thread  -  the sign was directly in front (up high) of my car parked at GP Surgery today  -  can't see an amount?

Again, silent about any 'DRA fee' escalation so there's zero knowledge on the part of a driver reading it, that it's anything other than £85.

    Sure here you go @Coupon-mad

Just like others, not only is no contract even offered by a prohibition, but there's NOTHING AT ALL in readable text size about any DRA fee escalation that could "deter a motorist from not paying".

That supposed rationale for adding £70 is desperate lies, innit?

APCOA signs, taken today, 28th May 2025. Cluttered, tiny font, reflection of light from outside onto an indoor sign rendering parts of the sign unreadable, no mention of DRA fees. Mention of court claim for (an unspecified) higher amount in such tiny font, and at shin height on one of the signs, that it cannot possible act as a deterrent.

Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station, indoor car park.

    Outdoor car park.

Worle (Somerset) railway station car park.

I had to kneel on the ground to read this part.

What exactly do they mean by "charging hours" does it mean when you have to pay or that you can charge an EV during these hours?
Interesting isn't it that when you challenge signage in an appeal they always state that "all our signs have been audited by the BPA (or IPC)" which is either a lie or they are in on their game.

Ha, so true - I've asked for a site's Audit copy from both a PPC and the IPC - neither were forthcoming. As time went on it transpired that a third party firm installed the 'correct' signage and took pics - this was then 'remotely' audited - i.e. someone at IPC looked at the signage and that they felt it was compliant. Not really sure that the IPC ever visited the site (almost 100% certain they didn't given their responses).

Like you say, an absolute scam - but ticks the DVLA/KADOE box for site auditing and making sure they have the right to request keeper details (not that the DVLA gave a stuff either)!

Isn't it ironic that a PPC will not accept a photo copy of a permit, but get away with a photograph of signage on an audit!
Also a photograph of signage on the day it was installed often bears no resemblance of what exists today.
