Most operators use hybrid mail; therefore, have the capacity to provide a certificate of postage.
Isn't a certificate of postage is different from confirmation of delivery? What's cared about here is delivery; as a recipient of a letter demanding money and saying that I haven't responded to earlier letters, I want the sender to provide tracking information that shows the letter has been delivered, not that it's been sent.
That poster admits they are from a PPC (or related firm) and won't be signing your petition any time soon!

@Coupon-mad I've just been reading on @Fortune_Smiles thread that ITV is looking for more true life injustices to make into productions like Mr Bates vs the Post Office.  Your work here would surely be ideal? Humdinger

Sorry if I've given you the wrong impression @Humdinger1 and @Coupon-mad - I was speculating on my diary that the success of Mr Bates vs the Post Office would lead to more interest in other injutices.  I have no knowledge of what ITV is planning.

Sorry @Fortune_Smiles for any crossed lines; it may not have been your comment but someone did say on your thread that a call had gone out from ITV on X.

I'm not on X but the best people to approach ITV would be those whose parking CCJs have lost them a mortgage or dream house.

OR those driven to despair by the threats.

You're right @Humdinger1! - I went back to my diary and it was @VintageHistorian whose post I'd missed! (Sorry VH):

'ITV have actually been on Twitter asking people to nominate other hidden/lesser-known public scandals for consideration, although whether they'll all be done as dramas or could be used for a documentary special who knows. I think the two that were coming up a lot in replies were the blood contamination scandal that MB said, and the treatment/attitude towards ME/CFS by various medical and public bodies.'

Happy 5th birthday to the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019.  It received Royal Assent 5 years ago today (15th March 2019).

Past and present ministers for the DLUHC should hang their heads in shame that Parliament’s desire for a fair code of practice has still not reached fruition after all this time.

You, me and countless thousands of people wonder why the DLUHC ARE TAKING SO LONG

It has been said they are "dotting the (i's) and crossing the (t's)
but how long does this take, are they waiting for the country to sack Sunak, the man who said "he was on the side of motorists"?
JUST MORE FAKE WORDS that Sunak is famous for
