    PCN £90

Unquantified recovery charges are mentioned but the font is so small you'd struggle to read it.

I found this on the Sandhills Facebook parking forum, a recent photo of an Ilfracombe car park.

Confusing Ts and Cs, and mention of additional but unquantified charges.
That's an awful sign, had to really search for the PCN scam cost!

I notice on the Dundee-Hampton by Hilton sign that you can only pay by phone but the PPC will still issue a £100 PCN if you fail to purchase a ticket, voucher or permit.

St Mary's Hall in a busy part of Brighton was a (now defunct) private school but is now used instead by Brighton College pre-prep & their swimming pool, also shared with an NHS service.

UKPC think this is a sufficently marked red route:

No repeater signs there at the 'red lines' and none facing moving traffic as you wend you way through this small cluttered area.

Spot the hidden UKPC sign behind the road visibility mirror, blocked from being read by building work barriers at the exit:

I found one sign today, further back.

No contract offered and nothing readable about added fees/costs except vague small print under 'Further UKPC information' that nobody would ever read:

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Retail park in Bletchley, Bucks. TPS have high-mounted signs with terms unreadable from the ground. The tiny font states "Non-payment will result in additional charges which may include the cost of debt recovery..".
Even if it could be read without zooming, that DRA cost isn't stated..

MK1 Shopping/Leisure near MK Dons Stadium, Bletchley, Bucks. Group Nexus state: "Parking Charges that are not paid within the given time period may incur additional charges". Those charges aren't stated.

Ealing Broadway Car Park, Spring Bridge Road, Ealing, London. My Car Parks / Parkfinda have 4 signs, all at 90 degrees to the arriving driver and in an unsafe area for a pedestrian to consider the terms. My Car Parks / Parkfinda state: "An unpaid PCN may be send for debt recovery actions." No mention of added DRA fees..

"The white Viking signs state that in addition to the £100, "Enforcement action may incur additional costs..".

Yet the drivers contract seems to be with Angel Care North Ltd?
