Scotland DD2 the only Asda with ANPR
I'm sure pcn used to be £70 seems PE have increased it to £100 with a sticker.

DD3 no time restrictions at this store £70 pcn

    DD4  pcn £70

All PE signs at the 3 Asda stores have a section at the bottom which is completely unreadable as the font is far too small and signs are positioned at height.
Interestingly, I see these state if you need more time you can see a member of staff.

So anyone overstaying and who was presumably a genuine customer is exempt.

A good system (theoretically) that should be compulsory. If they cancel after receiving a charge in the post of course, with no funny business.

Signs at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading.  This is the entrance to the main multi-storey car park.

This is a close-up of the sign to the right of the entrance which is fairly visible to drivers on their way in, but
can you read the prominently displayed charge amounts?  They are there at the bottom left under the DVLA logo.

The privacy notice is on the left of the height restriction barrier away from the driver's view

This was on the wall opposite the entrance.  The charge amounts are slightly larger but still not exactly prominent.

If you can't read either image containing the charges, the amounts are £30 if paid within 14 days and £60 otherwise.

In the even tinier text the signs mention that recovery charges may apply if payment is not made within 28 days but the amount is not mentioned.
    I count SEVENTEEN signs there.

    A small Tesco in Brighton, Horizon sign;

    £70 is a sufficient deterrent.

Nothing readable specifying the supposed extra 'deterrent' of the rip-off fake DRA fee ('may incur additional costs' buried in small print doesn't cut it).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Lidl, Beeston, Notts.
£90 from Euro Car Parks. The tiny, tiny, red font has "..additional charges will be incurred.." without stating the charges..

(And as an aside, data notice is tucked away at the end of the car park and 50% obscured by foliage)

Denton Estate, London NW3, today. No need for any charge to deter, just politeness.

"No parking" said in a squeaky mouse voice there.

If you don't want people to park on your land you make it clear.
If you want people to park and pay you £100 each time you put up a sign like that.

£80 parking charge but weirdly no additional costs for parking in disabled bay but unspecified additional costs for parking elsewhere

A deserted Currys car park off a main road in Brighton & Hove:

Excel using the cheapest 'sticker on a white billboard' signs which get creased and erode when exposed to the weather. Helpline: LOL. No chance. Not answering today.

Nothing about added fees that you can read. DRA fees have zero deterrent value. The evidence shows that PPC World are liars when they continue to spin that yarn to the MHCLG. Who knew?!
