    Parking Charge section mentions additional charges for non payment which may include the cost of debt recovery which will be added to the charge. Amounts not stated.

    Scotland DD1 Retail Park  £100 pcn
    Signs in the car park

    If you can read the tiny orange font your advised additional charges will be incurred from further civil legal action being taken. Charge amounts are not specified.

    Signs on the wall at stores entrance door.
    Blue badge holders parked in disabled bay get 4hrs free...I think!

    @Coupon-mad. We have 4 Tesco stores different parking time limits but same PPC. I imagine all signs will be the same. I've posted one already. Would you want photos of the other 3 signs posted or edit my first post adding in the others location or just forget about the other 3.

    Maybe tidier to edit the post?

    There's a reason road signs are in lower and upper case. Use of all caps just creates a wall of visual noise and are a dyslexic nightmare. Euro CP signs are terrible.

    That TPS sign is interesting as it clearly states that only the Driver may be liable to additional debt recovery charges. Assuming that a PCN is sent to the registered keeper* IF they took this to court then they couldn't add recovery charges anyway. :)

    * I'm aware that this is Scotland so the RK isn't liable anyway - yet.

    Same as all of NPCs further up the thread, but those are in England so not sure what the position on this is? Keeper liable or not liable for extra charges? (ahem debt recovery fee, ah you know, free money)

    The keeper surely can't be liable for the add-ons, either under contract or under the POFA.

    And because the add-on is a false fee and unjust enrichment.

    TPS in West Sussex - i took this at Rustington's Churchill Parade today:

    Points to note:

    - the tariff after 3 hours is a hefty £10;

    - the PCN is almost impossible to see because they've overlaid what was £70 with tiny £100 (and £60 discount bribe) stickers in much smaller text:

    - absolutely nothing about any DRA 'fee' so it isn't part of the contract. No deterrent excuse.

    The only deterrent the DRA charge offers is a deterrent to the motorist to not delay in paying the PPC. It has nothing to do with deterring errant parking!
